INFORMATION ON PARTICIPANT SAFETY
  1. 1. Participants must consider their health conditions before joining the event.
  2. 2. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents occurring during the event due to the participant’s own negligence or carelessness, except in cases of intentional or negligent actions by the organizers. Only emergency first aid will be provided in such cases.
  3. 3. Safety personnel and necessary safety facilities will be arranged to prevent accidents. In case of an emergency, an ambulance and other emergency response systems will be available for first aid and urgent transportation.
  4. 4. Even if a participant has successfully completed the registration process, the organizers may revoke their participation rights on the day of the event under the following circumstances:
  • a. If the participant has registered under another person’s name.
  • b. If the participant is deemed unable to complete the walk due to serious illness, injury, or disability.
  • c. If the participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making it unsafe to participate.
  • d. If the participant is injured or experiences a deterioration in physical condition during the
    event and is deemed unable to complete the course safely.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
  1. The Seoul Palace Walk for Foreigners is covered by Organizer’s Liability Insurance.
  2. Compensation is limited to the scope of the insurance policy.
  3. The organizers shall not be held liable for any damages exceeding these limits or for incidents unrelated to the event.
ASSEMBLY TIME & LOCATION
  1. 1. Assembly Time: Before 09:00, Sunday, May 31, 2026
    (The check-in desk opens at 08:00. Souvenirs will be provided after on-site registration.)
  2. 2. Location: Gwanghwamun Square, Nori-madang (Playground)
HOW TO COLLECT YOUR SOUVENIRS
  1. 1. Receive your sticker: After registration, you will receive a verification sticker.
  2. 2. Collect your gift: Please display the sticker to collect your souvenir at the distribution desk.
  3. 3. Follow instructions: For smooth operation, please follow the on-site staff’s instructions and designated route.
GUIDELINES
  1. 1. Please dispose of all trash properly in bins during the event.
  2. 2. Participants must cooperate with the instructions of event staff to ensure smooth event operations.
  3. 3. The event organizers will not be responsible for any damages caused to others or facilities during the event.
TRAFFIC & PARKING
  1. 1. Use Public Transport: Parking is not available at Gwanghwamun Square (the start/finish line).
    We highly recommend using public transportation.
  2. 2. Nearby Parking: If you must bring a vehicle, please use nearby public parking lots (subject to fees).
ADDITIONAL NOTES & INQUIRIES
  1. 1. There will be no storage facilities or changing rooms at the event venue. Participants are advised to dress lightly.
  2. 2. Changes and cancellations are only allowed during the registration period.
  3. 3. For inquiries regarding participation, please leave a message on the inquiry board on our website, and we will respond in the order they are received.
